Processing Time

All products are made and prepared by hand. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Weather Considerations

Due to our products are handmade and may be sensitive to heat, we recommend monitoring your package delivery and bringing it indoors promptly, especially during warmer months.
