All Sales Are Final

For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

~Opened or used products
~Change of mind
~Incorrect product selection
~Damaged or DefectiveItems

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

To request a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

~The damaged item(s)
~The packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Allergic Reactions

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

By purchasing, you agree that:

~You understand our products are for external use only

Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Processing Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
